This 2 pack of USA adapters can be plugged in to socket Type B, which is most commonly found throughout the USA and Canada (see below for full country list).
These adapters can accept appliances that have plugs from the UK, the US, much of Europe, China, Australia, plus more. Please note this adapter does not accept 2-pin shaving / toothbrush plugs.
Specifically, these adapter can accept plug types A, B , C, G, I, J, L, and N.

Surge Protection & Other Safety Features
This travel adapter comes equipped with many safety features, including an earth pin connection, child proof safety shutters, as well as being made with fire resistant materials.
Additionally, an in-built surge protection system enables it to automatically shut down if it detects any abnormal usage (e.g. a power surge), meaning your appliances won’t be damaged.
Child Proof Safety Shutters
Our adaptors come with safety shutters, designed to stop foreign objects being inserted into the unit
To release these shutters most easily, insert your plug into the adaptor at a slight angle so that the ground earth pin goes into the adaptor first. If your plug doesn’t have a ground pin (e.g. some US devices), then you will need to push your plug into the adaptor a little harder than you might be used to, in order to bypass the shutters – dn’t worry, it will go in if it is one of the accepted plug types listed below!

Our adaptors come with blue safety shutters on the front, designed to stop objects other than plugs being inserted.
To easily release these shutters, insert your plug into the adaptor at a slight angle so that the ground earth pin goes into the adaptor first (if you are using a UK plug, you would insert the top pin in first). This is in the instructions but some customers are not seeing this.
